Welcome to Ankhora's biweekly nurturing of the sacred trinity - mind, body, and soul. In each newsletter we intend to bring you a dose of inspiration, wisdom, and practices to enhance your well-being within those three major layers of life.
This November 5th full moon arrives like a bell you can feel in your bones—bright, insistent, unmistakable. It casts a clear light across our inner landscape just as outer systems wobble and timelines rearrange. The message is simple and sovereign: when the world grows loud, let your choices grow precise. Aligned action is power without panic, movement that answers to your deepest truth rather than to the noise of collapsing structures.
You may notice the body speaking more clearly—surges of energy followed by sudden fatigue, vivid dreams, heart flutters, a pressing need to clean a corner of your life that’s been long ignored. Receive these as integration signals, not alarms. Devotion can be practical: hydrate and remineralize, lengthen your exhale, place bare feet to ground, step into morning light. These small acts tune your nervous system so the moon’s illumination becomes guidance instead of overwhelm.
Tonight, give your clarity a container. Write three lines: (1) What is completing? (2) What is continuing? (3) What is beginning because you are ready. Burn or bury the first, bless the second, and take one calm step toward the third before you sleep. Aligned action is not grand; it is consistent. It looks like a loving boundary, an honest email, twenty focused minutes on the work that actually moves your life.
Remember, endings are not failures; they are corridors. As certain timelines dissolve, space opens for truer ones to take root. Protect your attention as if it were sacred fire. Feed it with what is real—clean water, clean words, clean intent—and starve it of what is not. Keep a daily triad: one act of order, one act of care, one act of service. Order steadies you, care refuels you, service widens you.
Full moons are also an excellent time to do a parasite cleanse and do an internal sweep. The gravitational/magnetic pull the moon has brings parasites to the surface, so this is a prime opportunity to cleanse. Walk through this moon with a soft heart and a steady spine. This energy can be felt days before and after the actual full moon, so don’t worry too much about missing anything. Trust the timing of your next right move and resist the urge to sprint in every direction. The path ahead is bright enough for one step at a time. Take that step—calmly, clearly, courageously—and let the universe meet you halfway. That is aligned action.

Physical Alignment:

Top Tier Nourishment:
Tuning into the Body: Movement, movement, movement…. and rest. That has been the vibe on this side. Working out, doing yoga/qigong, and getting plenty of rest has been what my body has been calling for. When it asks, I listen on all levels. Of course we are eating clean and nourishing in the ways we need as well. I have recently made that jackfruit roast from a couple weeks ago and also the pasta that is listed above and both were next level! Try some new recipes that feed your body and soul, then thank yourself (your-cells).
