The Assignment: Alignment
Welcome to our Newsletter

Peace and Abundance, Ankhora family!
Welcome to Ankhora's biweekly nurturing of the sacred trinity in our temple - mind, body, and soul. In each newsletter we intend to bring you doses of inspiration, wisdom, and practices to enhance your well-being within those three major layers of life.
First and foremost, I think it is essential that we emphasize what our mission is in this lifetime on this planet, which is to know thyself. With Ankhora, we plan to bring you some of the many tools that exist to help you align with the highest version of self through wholistic health and wellness. There is nothing new under the sun and part of your knowing yourself is to remember.. To remember that GOD within and that all you could ever need can be found within, starting with the mind.
Society has programmed us to think of everything as being external, outside of ourselves. The outside reflects what’s happening on the inside in this version of reality, therefore it is essential that we tap-in with ourselves. The vehicle we inhabit, our body, is constantly communicating with us via how we feel. Just like any other sophisticated, high quality vehicle you must properly maintain it if you want to get the highest performance out of it.
So if your body is like a Ferrari, know that it must be cared for as such. That means fueling it properly with the highest grade of foods/nourishment equating to higher levels of thought (consciousness/awareness). “Christ” does not mean one person and can be found in people of the past, present, and future as it is a ‘state of consciousness’. The higher the thoughts, the closer to the Most High. Literally, everything is connected. I am here to guide by giving a few pieces to the puzzle as we walk each other home.
With so many powerful energies hitting the planet right now, everyone and everything is going through their own shifts and evolution. Everyone is unique, therefore everyone is feeling these changes differently. It is more important than ever to stay in balance and harmony with nature in order allow these changes to take place effectively. Being in tune with nature includes grounding, eating foods grown from the Earth, taking in plenty of sunlight, and connecting with all of the elements.
If you aspire to be the best version of yourself like we do, this is the newsletter for you. Tap-in with us every other Thursday as we continue to get better day by day. This journey is not a fad, it’s a lifestyle. It’s simple, but it ain’t easy. Working together as a community, we got this though… Let’s go!!!

Mental Alignment:
Mental Gem: The Mind and Body have a unique, yet very real connection. One thing that I have learned is that the more flexible you are in body, the more flexible you are in life. That means your thoughts become more flexible and expansive too. The life you breath into those stiff and bothersome areas, allow you to heal deeply. Sometimes chronic pain and inflammation can be attributed to trapped emotions. Clearing your mind and moving your body help clear blockages throughout.
Mindful Moment: Practice to quickly calm the mind & body - Focus on your breath. Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 6, release for 6, then hold for 3 seconds. Repeat at least 3x or more. Close your eyes for deeper practice. For deeper breathers, try using 4/8/8/4.

Physical Alignment:
Herbal Spotlight: Detoxing is the first step in healing the body. One area often overlooked is parasites. Here are 3 natural ingredients that help expel parasites from the body (mixture from Yahki Awakened):
1.) Green Walnut Hull (Tincture - 2 droppers full in rising, evening, and before bed)
2.) Fresh Cloves (Take 2tsp, grind in coffee grinder - drink in 4oz. of spring water in rising, evening, and before bed)
3.) Wormwood (Not to be heated as a tea; let sit in cold water for 3 hours and allow it to become room temperature, then drink)
Top Tier Nourishment:
Tuning into the Body: The past couple of weeks have been a bit out of the norm for my usual. I have not had a huge appetite and found the sun, coconut water, and fruit to be the most satisfying and nourishing. My body has forced me to rest and revitalize, so the normal practice of working out with weights every other day has been temporarily paused. Qigong and yoga have been daily energetic practices I have done for years, so less strenuous forms of exercise such as those are even more prevalent at this time for me.

Soulful Alignment:
Soulful Insights: Do something over the next 14 days that you loved doing as a child. It could be riding a bike, playing music, doing something artistic. For me, playing basketball and tapping into my love for cars has been very nourishing to my soul over the past month.
Affirming the Best: I am grateful that everything always works out in my favor.
