Anchor the Light, Complete the Cycle
Peace and Abundance, Ankhora family!
Welcome to Ankhora's biweekly nurturing of the sacred trinity - mind, body, and soul. In each newsletter we intend to bring you a dose of inspiration, wisdom, and practices to enhance your well-being within those three major layers of life.
Beloved community, the eclipse has just swept a cleansing arc across our skies, and Tuesday’s 9•9•9 portal rings like a bell of completion. We stand in a rare conjunction where endings ripening into beginnings, the sun is pouring codes through the atmosphere, and our bodies translating light into instruction. “Golden Roots” asks us to do something both simple and noble as we draw the brilliance downward. Let the sun’s wisdom not only crown you, but travel through your spine, into your hips, and deep into the earth where it becomes steady power.
Nine is the number of harvest and closure. What chapter has given all it can? Thank it. Release it. Bless the space it frees. This month, commit to a gentle triad each day: one release, one repair, one reach. Release an obligation or story that no longer fits. Repair a bond, a boundary, a habit, or a corner of your home. Reach toward your next octave with a clear, loving action—a message sent, a page written, a prayer spoken. In the language of the cosmos, this is how we tell the future we’re ready.
With high solar activity, many feel the body speaking more loudly—head pressure, ringing ears, vivid dreams, mood swells, heat waves, sudden fatigue or sparks of genius. Consider these as integration signals, not alarms. Meet them with grounded self-care: hydrate and remineralize (pinch of sea salt or electrolytes), place bare feet on earth for at least ten minutes, breathe longer on the exhale (in 4, out 6–8), eat simple meals, and choose low-stimulation evenings so your nervous system can weave new light into living tissue.
Let your roots be golden—not only strong, but wise. Tidy one drawer. Cancel one non-essential yes. Step outside at sunrise or sunset and let light touch your eyelids while you name what remains true when everything else shifts. Journal three lines: What completes now? What continues with me? What begins because I am ready? A good practice is to write the things down that you want to release and then burn it.
Then move your body—walk, stretch, dance, or sway—so the answers don’t stay in your head; they become posture, tone, and presence. Walk this week with a soft heart and a firm center. The portal is open, the codes are flowing, and the garden of your life is listening. Root the light you’ve received into acts of order, kindness, and purpose. When you anchor radiance in the ordinary, you become what the moment is asking for: a calm, human lighthouse, shining bright and pure.

Mindful Alignment:
Mental Gem: The more light you let in, the more shadows transform into guidance.
Mindful Moment: Doorframe Stretch Check - Every time you walk through a doorway at home or work, pause to roll your shoulders back and lift your chest, inviting openness into the next space.

Physical Alignment:
Herbal Spotlight: Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin that oozes from high-mountain rocks (notably the Himalayas), concentrated with fulvic acid and dozens of trace minerals. Traditionally used as a rejuvenating “rasayana,” it’s prized for supporting steady energy and mitochondrial function, improving nutrient absorption, and promoting mental clarity, stress resilience, and workout recovery. Many also use it to support healthy testosterone and reproductive vitality, iron status/hemoglobin, and joint comfort through its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions. Typical use is a pea-sized amount of purified resin dissolved in warm water/tea or 250–500 mg of a standardized extract. Choose only lab-tested, purified shilajit (to avoid heavy metals); consult a practitioner if pregnant or nursing, with gout/hemochromatosis, kidney issues, or on medications.

Tuning into the Body: Wooo, talk about a time to make sure you are moving and grounding, this is the time. The energy coming in has been a rollercoaster, so making sure you are giving yourself grace and time to move that energy is vital. Tuning into nature and soaking up the sun is very healing at this time, although some of the things being released can be a bit uncomfortable. We must release what no longer serves in order to create space for all that is in alignment.
