The heavens are loud right now as solar maximum is roaring, Schumann spikes humming, and a New Moon (10/21) is drawing us inward. With all that, the truest movement is happening in a place that makes almost no sound. Quiet thunder rolls inside the body as old patterns loosen and new circuitry comes online. “As above, so below” isn’t philosophy this week; it’s anatomy. The same light that reconfigures our sky is reconfiguring our cells, invitations arriving as whispers: slow down, simplify, listen.

You may feel this as head pressure, ringing ears, heat in the chest or crown, vivid dreams, a sudden need for extra sleep, or the urge to clear a drawer, a schedule, a story. Receive these not as problems to fix, but as integration signals—proof that your system is translating cosmic code into human clarity. Let the New Moon’s dark canvas be your sanctuary. Turn down the inputs, turn up awareness. In the hush, you’ll hear what truly matters step forward.

Make devotion practical. Keep a simple daily triad of water, breath, and connecting with the Earth. Mineralize your water and sip with intention. Breathe in for 4, out for 6–8 to escort your nervous system from “fight” into “receive.” Place bare feet to ground for ten minutes and feel the static drain, steadiness return. Then choose one act of order (clear a surface), one act of care (stretch, nap, warm tea), and one act of courage (send the note, start the page, speak the boundary). Quiet thunder becomes motion when paired with small, faithful steps.

If grief or old fear rises like weather, let it pass through. Name it gently, breathe it through the heart, and set it down. You’re not losing yourself—you’re shedding what cannot come with you. Ask three questions in the stillness: What completes now? What continues with me? What begins because I am ready? Write the answers as present-tense truths and tuck them where moonlight or morning sun can touch them. Light loves a vow.

Walk this week soft-footed and strong-spined. Guard your attention like a sacred fire, feed it only what keeps it bright, and let unnecessary noise fall away. The Earth is changing; so are you. Trust the quiet work your body knows how to do. In the silence beneath the storm, your next season is gathering itself—clear, aligned, and ready to speak through you with calm power.

Physical Alignment:
  • Herbal Spotlight: Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a classic adaptogen for steady stamina and stress resilience—great when winter workloads or training volume climb. Its eleutherosides support healthy cortisol rhythm, immune tone, and mental focus without jitters. Enjoy as capsules or tincture; typical extracts total 300–1,200 mg/day (or 2–4 mL tincture 1–3×/day). Notes: avoid during acute infections, pregnancy, or uncontrolled hypertension; may interact with stimulants.

  • Top Tier Nourishment: 

  • Tuning into the Body: Listen to your heart and not your mind. Overthinking and internal battles have seemed to be at the forefront of many, but we must continue to transmute the lower thoughts/vibes that come up and approach situations with grace and love. Continue to think about how good things can get instead of focusing on the negative. Remember that if you aren’t eating right, it’s hard to think right as well. Feed your cells lighter foods, being that of fruits and veggies, along with staying adequately hydrated. As always, if you need to rest then please do so. Exercise and movement is very helpful at this time as well as we integrate this new energy.
