Let Clarity Set the Current
Peace and Abundance, Ankhora family!
Welcome to Ankhora's biweekly nurturing of the sacred trinity - mind, body, and soul. In each newsletter we intend to bring you a dose of inspiration, wisdom, and practices to enhance your well-being within those three major layers of life.
Beloved community, first — grace. The message intended for last week arrives now, and perhaps in perfect timing. Technical delays are sometimes divine realignments. We find ourselves at the 3/3 threshold — a portal of communication, alignment, and creative expansion — and the energy feels unmistakably transitional. What was shedding in late February has now fully released. The river has shifted channels.
The past two weeks carried the final dissolving frequency of the Snake — quiet clearing, silent endings, subtle identity shifts. But 3/3 amplifies momentum. Three is the number of expression, manifestation, and synthesis. What has been refining internally now wants articulation. You may feel clearer than you did just days ago. Decisions that once felt layered now feel simple. Conversations that were delayed now move forward. This is not coincidence — it is coherence.
Astrologically, we are in a corridor of movement. Planetary alignments are favoring communication, courage, and decisive energy. The Fire Horse current is beginning to take form — less about shedding, more about stride. This is a time to act from clarity rather than from reaction. The collective is still reorganizing, yes. Systems are shifting, truths continue surfacing, structures continue recalibrating. But beneath the noise, there is a stronger pattern forming — one rooted in sovereignty and focused intent.
Internally, the lesson remains: focus is power. Attention is currency. Where you direct your awareness, life organizes. The 3/3 portal is not about chasing every opportunity; it is about choosing one path and honoring it fully. If synchronicities are still appearing — and many are reporting they are — see them as confirmation, not distraction. The river is responding to your inner gravity.
If you felt unsettled in late February, that was the clearing. If you feel sharper now, that is the ignition. The coming weeks favor movement, but measured movement. Take the step. Send the message. Finish the task. Begin the idea. Do not wait for perfection — clarity has already arrived.
And to those who wondered why the message did not land when expected — know this: timing is part of alignment. Nothing was missed. The current is right on time.
Let clarity set the current. Let your focus choose the direction. The river is moving — and so are you.

Herbal Spotlight: Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is a revered adaptogenic fungus known as the “mushroom of immortality,” traditionally used to support immunity, stress resilience, and whole-body balance. Rich in bioactive compounds like beta-glucans and triterpenes, reishi helps modulate the immune system, calm inflammation, and steady the nervous system—making it especially supportive during periods of fatigue, tension, or seasonal stress. Many also use it to promote restful sleep, emotional grounding, and cardiovascular support, as it may help regulate blood pressure and circulation. Commonly taken as a tea, tincture, or extract powder, typical supplemental ranges are 1–3 g daily of extract or as directed. Note: reishi can have mild blood-thinning effects; consult a practitioner if using anticoagulants, before surgery, or during pregnancy.
Top Tier Nourishment:
Tuning into the Body: Movement, movement, and more movement has been essential. Breathing into those tense areas of stress/emotional buildup has also been a major part of that. Tending to the body has been the main focus since we last checked in. Eating less, but still energized… it’s been different. Still working out every other day when permitted but yoga and qigong has been the go-to’s, helping to ground all of this energy and get in tune with what is needed nutritionally and physically. Hydration has been the major focus along side those things aforementioned. Drinking so much tea and coconut water they should be a sponsor.
