Welcome to Ankhora's biweekly nurturing of the sacred trinity - mind, body, and soul. In each newsletter we intend to bring you a dose of inspiration, wisdom, and practices to enhance your well-being within those three major layers of life.

Folks, we are living through a moment in time when truth is no longer whispering—it is arriving with volume, LOUD! Since our last transmission and newsletter, the energy surrounding the collective has felt heavy and clarifying all at once, as long-hidden information surfaces and the collective psyche is forced to reconcile with realities once dismissed or obscured. These truths (global disclosures, Epstein files, the financial system, etc.) are not meant to shock you into fear, but to awaken discernment. When truths come to light, they do so not to destabilize the soul, but to dissolve illusion and return power to those aware.

Astrologically and energetically, the next couple of weeks amplify this theme. Heightened solar activity continues to bathe the Earth in intense frequencies, accelerating awakening while also agitating the nervous system. Many may feel overstimulated—mentally wired, emotionally raw, or physically fatigued. This is the cost of rapid illumination when integration lags behind revelation. The cosmos is not asking you to consume every headline or decode every disclosure; it is asking you to choose your signal wisely.

Collectively, the “matrix” many are awakening from is not just political or institutional, it is attentional. It is the habit of outsourcing truth, identity, and worth to external systems. As these structures fracture, the invitation is to reclaim inner authority. Notice what pulls you into reaction versus what grounds you in clarity. Truth without grounding becomes noise; truth embodied becomes wisdom.

Internally, this is a period to fortify your center. Protect your attention like it is sacred ground. Limit exposure when the mind and body says enough. Anchor into practices that regulate the nervous system—breath, movement, nature, hydration, rest. Ask before engaging: Does this inform me, or does it hijack me? The ability to step back is not avoidance; it is sovereignty.

Remember, light reveals, but integration heals. You do not need to carry the weight of the world to be awake. Cut off the mainstream news; most of it is garbage anyway that keeps most locked into fear, scarcity, and other lower vibrations. I promise you will not be missing anything; If it is important enough, someone will let you know. If you want real news, find independent sources that are not controlled by narrative-based companies spewing propaganda.

Your role now is to remain clear, compassionate, and present. As more truths surface and the volume rises, let your life become the filter. Choose signal over noise. From that place, you will know when to act, when to speak, and when to be still. Your calm presence and attention will be a much needed stabilizing force in a loud, chaotic world.

  • Herbal Spotlight: Ginkgo Biloba (Ginkgo biloba) is a time-honored botanical known for supporting circulation, brain health, and nervous-system clarity. Its potent flavonoids and terpene lactones help improve blood flow—especially to the brain and extremities—making it beneficial for memory, focus, mental sharpness, and cold hands or feet. By enhancing microcirculation and acting as a powerful antioxidant, ginkgo also supports genital sensitivity, mood balance, and overall vitality, particularly during times of stress or cognitive overload. Most commonly taken as a standardized leaf extract (120–240 mg/day), it can be used daily for steady support. Note: avoid use with blood thinners or before surgery; use leaf-only products and consult a practitioner if unsure.

  • Top Tier Nourishment: 

  • Tuning into the Body: I don’t know about y’all, but I have definitely been feeling the solar flares and/or the heaviness of the collective. Waking up some days has been tough, almost like I have been drugged and all I want to do is sleep longer. Once I do finally get up, it’s been back to business as usual for the most part. My main goal has been making sure I stay consistent with my workout routine, which has been challenging at times, but I still get it done. The most important thing for me the past couple of weeks is to make sure I am grounding and moving all of that energy, whether it be via qigong or yoga. Make sure you all are moving your body; don’t let that energy stay stagnant. Rest up when needed and stay hydrated!
